I can't resist blogging about Max/Maximus/Maxine/maxipad/Maximillion... Despite his many names, I must say he's my favorite cat I've ever had. He curls up with me while I watch movies, sits on my lap while typing, begs for food in the kitchen, tears up the rug in the bedroom, hisses at Joe, and steals Zeke's food (literally pushes Zeke out of the way). I think he's hilarious!
As for a deployment update, things are going well. I got more sections of my checklist signed off today and now I'm just waiting for orders. My main headache right now is trying to get taxes done and find all the forms. That is sooo annoying!
