Yesterday was actually a pretty good day for being way out here. I woke up exhausted from not a lot of sleep the day before, but I got to open some packages, read the letters, look through my new scrap booking catalog, so it was great!
My favorite part was the end of the day. Why? I got to have a "girls' night." Now let me tell you why that was a miracle - I work long days, there aren't many girls here, and all of us girls managed to have the same night off! So it was perfect! We went to dinner, and then headed to the "movie theater" which consists of a 60" TV and a few love seats in rows. They have 2 different rooms like this, and so while the guys watched their bloody movie, we got to watch a chick flick and have popcorn! I quite enjoyed myself, and for a moment forgot where I was. Upon leaving the theater, I called Joe for awhile at the morale center, and then went home and went to bed!
I'm officially 24 years old, and the 2nd youngest person on my floor...
