Flushed away

A new month is finally here, and I didn’t have to go to work today at all. A full day off was great! I didn’t relax as much as I should have, but just not going into work was a blessing. I worked out 3x today!!! I went running at 0630, did circuit upper body training after lunch, and then went running again after dinner. I was only planning on running in the morning, but got invited to the other PT times, so I figured I’d go since I wasn’t really doing anything else, and I like exercising now. I’ve lost more weight here than I thought too b/c my hands are smaller. How’d I find this out (besides the scale)? I sent my wedding band down the sink!!! I was washing my hands, still sleepy so I wasn’t paying attention, and there wasn’t a drain filter or trap in the pipes, so away it went all the way down to the septic tank. I was bummed, but at least it was just my “working” gold band and not my real wedding set! I left that at home luckily! I debated on whether or not to buy another one over here, but since I had a marriage proposal w/i 2 hours (from a guy who knows I’m married no less), I decided I would get one! So now I have a $15 silver special from the BX.
