From looking at this picture, it almost looks like I work at a resort. I certainly have NO complaints about my work environment. Earlier this week I got to travel "up north" and that was quite eye opening. I was in a tent that had been cooled to 58 degrees, couldn't find the female showers anywhere, and the dust there is a very fine powder, so it got everywhere! I got to fly on a blackhawk again and also the HUGE Chinook's. What an awesome experience. I feel like I'm in the Army and not the AF... When we ate at the chow hall up there, I saw 2 AF guys walking around and was like "what are they doing here?" Then it hit me, duh, we're AF people here too and sticking out like a sore thumb. I've been away from the AF too long - but enjoying every minute here! Thank you all for your continued support - I feel very loved:)Thursday, July 05, 2007
